Sparkling Citrus Punch + a Sparkling Soirée Giveaway

S P A R K L I N G C I T R U S P U N C H
Makes roughly a punch bowl's worth.
4 bottles Sparkling Ice Pink Grapefruit
1/2 gallon fresh orange juice
Juice of 6 blood oranges
1 750 ml bottle bourbon
1 cup orange liqueur
30 dashes orange bitters
4 pints blood orange sorbet
Various winter citrus slices, such as limes, blood oranges, grapefruit, oranges as garnish
In a punch bowl, combine juices, bourbon, liqueur, bitters, and Sparkling Ice, stirring well to combine. Add sorbet scoops to float, and garnish with floating citrus slices. Serve by placing one scoop of sorbet in each glass and topping with punch and citrus slices.
We dressed up for the occasion. Chickens are always down for a good soirée.
