WINTER CITRUS GROVE SPARKLER

Makes one serving.

· 1.5 oz. Absolut Grapefruit

· 1.5 oz. fresh pink grapefruit juice, strained

· .5 oz. Cinnamon-Rosemary Simple Syrup (instructions below)

· .5 oz. fresh lime juice

· Approx. 1.5 oz. sparkling rosé

· Edible star glitter for garnish

· Rosemary sprig for garnish

To make Cinnamon-Rosemary Simple Syrup:

Makes approx. 1 cup

· 1 cup granulated sugar

· 1 cup water

· 1/4 cup fresh rosemary leaves

· 1 cinnamon stick

Place all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium high heat. Bring to a boil and boil until sugar is fully dissolved, about a minute. Remove from heat and let cool. Strain liquid into airtight container and store in fridge.

To make the cocktail:

Rub exterior rim of a coupe glass with a rosemary sprig. Now rub the edge of the glass with a lime wedge and dip it in edible star glitter. Rub your rosemary garnish with lime juice and dip it in the glitter, as well. Place vodka, grapefruit juice, simple syrup, and lime juice in a shaker over ice. Shake until chilled, and strain into the prepared glass. Top with sparkling wine, and garnish with a glittery rosemary sprig.
