To make one serving you’ll need:
- 1 12 oz. bottle of hard cider (I like Woodchuck Amber for this)
- 3 scoops vanilla icecream
- .5 oz bourbon maraschino cherry grenadine (such as this)
- 1 bourbon maraschino cherry
- 2 dashes of cayenne pepper, as desired
In a highball glass, add a dash of cayenne pepper to the bottom, then three scoops of vanilla icecream. Pour the grenadine over the icecream, and then top the glass with your cider. Garnish with a dash of cayenne and a bourbon cherry.
